What you need to know to become a contributor
Before we get started there are a few things you need to know in order to sell banners around here. It won't take long to learn and after you've read it you can start uploading and selling banners!

How the Abracadaban marketplace work?
Everybody can buy and/or sell banners on the Abracadaban website. It is important to realise that as a venue for item sales, Abracadaban is not acting as your agent and that transactions are between you and the purchaser. This has the legal implication that if you are doing something wrong such as breaching copyright, you are responsible and liable. The consequences of unlawful action can be severe, so please take care.

How does uploading work?
The uploading process is relatively simple. As a contributor, you complete an upload form, taking care to prepare your files properly. Once uploaded the banners are inspected by our review team to ensure the banners work and are a good fit for the library. If your banner is approved, it will appear in the library.

If a banner is not approved, the reviewer will provide some explanation on whether the banner needs a small improvement to be accepted, or is not appropriate for sale here. In both approval and rejection cases, you will receive an email to let you know the outcome of your upload.

How do contributors make money?
If your banner is approved for sale, you will receive a percentage of every sale into your account earnings. For every banner sold, you will receive a commission based on the following percentage: 40%. When one of your banners is sold, it can be used with no limits on time or copies. It can be used for: advertising, websites, blogs or any other online supports.

How is payment made?
For every file sold, the contributor is paid a commission. The commissions are automatically added to the contributor's account. Your earnings can be used in the following ways:

  1. At any time you may choose to use your earnings to purchase banners on Abracadaban Marketplace
  2. Once your balance has reached $25, you may request a payout to a PayPal account that you specify via your Account settings page.
  3. Once your balance has reached $500, you may request a payout by bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer often incurs bank fees and charges.

The conversion of credits is done via the use of a free Paypal account. The contributor can convert his/her credits as soon as the Abracadaban account reaches $25. The contributor can convert their credits into money which will then be transferred directly into their Paypal account. From their Paypal account, the contributor can transfer the money into their bank account.

Abracadaban charges fees for transactions under $100. You can convert your credits as soon as your abracadaban account reaches at least $25.

Quality Requirements
In order to increase sales and profits for everyone we keep the marketplace packed with high quality content. When we inspect your banners, we will be considering these criteria:
